To do this project, we had to go out and take pictures, preferably from a birds eye view. We then imported the pictures into photoshop and went through a series of steps to get the tilt shift effect. You use your Quick mask, then gradient tool. after drawing the line and turning quick mask off, you blur the part you chose to blur. Then you have the chose of turning the saturation up and playing with the contrast. And then your picture is complete.
